Customer Service! Thy name is Airtel
As you might already be aware, I’m a subscriber of the Broadband service provided by Airtel and have been extremely happy about the quality of the service as well as the support element.
A recent event proved to be the icing on the cake!
I was on vacation for 5 days and on my return found that my landline was dead and so was the broadband. I called up the customer care and logged the complaint at around 11:50 pm on 29th May 2010 and immediately thereafter I got a sms quoting the complaint number with an assurance that it will be handled latest by 3:45 pm the same day.
Within 45 minutes, an Airtel service person came to the office and told us that the complaint has been resolved. I checked the dial tone and it was on and so was the broadband service.
Incredible! Hats off to you Airtel for being so customer-centric!!
